The Board
The Hampton Commons Board of Trustees is comprised of five people elected by the homeowners, each to a three-yer term. Elections are held every year in November.

Our board members are homeowners of the community who have volunteered their time to things done for you, our community. To efficiently manage the day-to-day affairs of the community, they have hired a management company for you to call when you have a problem or need a question answered relating to the Commons.

Board of Trustees Open Meetings
Meetings are held every odd month on the fourth Tuesday at 7:30 pm at the Clubhouse.

Board of Trustees open meeting dates for 2011 are:

January 24
March 27
May 22
July 24
September 25

 

H.C.C.A. Annual Meeting
The H.C.C.A. Annual Meeting will be November 27, 2012. The meeting will focus on the review of the annual 2012 budges and the board of trustee's election.

The format of all meetings follows "Robert's Rules of Order". an agenda will be created for each meeting. Residents may add an item to the agenda by contacting the Board in advance - no less than two day prior to a meeting.

If you wish to speak at the meeting, a "sign-in" sheet will be at the table as you enter. Speakers are expected to adhere to the agenda items and will be allotted five minutes to speak, allowing equitable time for all members who wish to speak at the meeting.

Infrastructure problems such as roof, deck, or sidewalk issues should be directed to Milici Management as they occur. Board meeting are not for this purpose.
