The Clubhouse faciltiy accommodates upt to 205 people for a wide variety of social and business functions and is available for rent.
The rental fee is $200 and reservations can be made by contacting the Management Company at 973.300.9446.
All renters must be Hampton Commons residents and must be in good standing, currrent in their maintenance fees and have no outstanding fines or late fees- your Clubhouse entry card must be active.
Requirements
A personal check, money order or cashiers check payable to "Hampton Commons Condominium Association" in the amount of $400 will be required. The rental is $200 and an additional security deposit of $200 is required. Perspective renters will be required to meet an agent at the Clubhouse to review details of the rental.
The rental amount of $200 is non-refunable once the date requested has been secured. The $200 security deposit will ber returned when all post rental inspection conditions have been satisfied. If a check is return for insufficient funds a fee of $25 will be charged to the homeowner's account and the rental will be denied.
A Certificate of Insurance from the homeowner's insurance company which shows a minimum of $300,000 liability and coverage to an extended location of temporary rental will be required.
Maximum Capacity
- 250 persons - standing, no tables or chairs
- 150 persons - standing & sitting, no tables
- 100 persons - sitting or standing around tables
