The Hampton Commons Management CompanyThere is no better way to get a sense of what is happening at Hampton Commons than by attending a public meeting of the Board of Trustees. Meet the Board of Trustees, the Management Company and your neighbors! The Hampton Commons Board of Trustees hires a management company on a contractual basis to manage the everyday affairs of the community, everything from overseeing the work of the firms hired to maintain the physical plant to answering questions from residents. Please contact the management company by mail or phone if your unit needs repair, if you would like to join a committee or volunteer your time, if you have a problem or a question about Hampton Commons, or have an issue you would like to bring to the attention of the board of trustees.

Meet the board of trustees, the management company, and your neighbors!There is no better way to get a sense of what is happening at Hampton Commons than by attending a public meeting of the board of trustees. Meetings are held in the club house on the fourth Tuesday evening of every month at 7:30 PM, and are attended by a representative of the management company. An average of eight residents attend each public board meeting, representing a very small percentage of the 300 units (and perhaps 500 adult residents) of Hampton Commons.
