In the Hampton Commons news:

  • Read: On the fourth Tuesday of every month (except December), there has been a regular board meeting at the clubhouse, where many important issues were discussed. Read the minutes.
     
  • Seniors' Day, a new activity at the clubhouse, held every second Monday of every month, is sponsored by the Fundraising, Social and Recreation Committee. Read more about Seniors' Day!
     
  • Now the clubhouse is available to the public. See: Rent the Clubhouse
    New dance floor, 60" wide-screen TV with computer interface, full kitchen and bar, more!

  • On Tuesday, December 5, 2000, there was a meeting at the clubhouse of the committees responsible for taking care of various orders of business that affect members of our community. Many people serve on more than one committee and they could use your help. Have a say in what goes on in your community - join a committee today!
     
  • The format of this website for Hampton Commons is new! Please send an e-mail with your comments and suggestions for what you would like to see here to the Board of Trustees.

Vandalism Report:

  • At approximately 6:30 AM on Sunday morning, April 8, 2001, a number of acts of vandalism were perpetrated by someone in a motor vehicle. Both the stop sign and street sign at the corner of Bluebird and Eagle were violently knocked down, tire tracks dug into the grass. The speed bump sign at the top of Eagle was also knocked down. Reportedly, the mailbox at the business on the corner of Cherry Lane and Route 206 was knocked down.
  • The perpetrators have been arrested! We are advising the State Police and the County Prosecutor in writing of our intent to press charges. Vandalism will not be tolerated!
  • If you have any information regarding this or any other acts of vandalism, please contact the State Police immediately. The State Police would appreciate a complete compilation of all vandalism.
